Session Dates and Times
- Introductory Session: The intro sessions will take place a week before the course starts
- Swim Sessions: The swim course will start on the 15th of May 2025
- Thursdays at 11am

- Able to swim 25 metres unaided
Accessibility of venue
- Disabled spaces available at both Avon Beach and Avon Run Road car park.
Facilities (including where you can get changed)
- Public Toilet Close by for Changing and Deli shop and coffee cabin for food and drinks.
What to bring with you
- Swim costume
- Swim shoes and gloves if required
- Warm clothing on and to wear after your swim appropriate for the days conditions e.g. long sleeve top, jumper, joggers, socks and warm/windproof coat.
- Folding Chair
- Hot drink and a small snack for yourself.
