Clara Strauss
Clinical Psychologist
Clara is a Clinical Psychologist and Professor of Clinical Psychology in Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and at the University of Sussex.
Prior to this project, she worked alongside other members of the team undertaking preparatory studies for this one. Heather is an outdoor swimmer and using the water as a reset, she has learned of the impact that outdoor swimming has had on many people’s mental health and wants to move the research forwards.
