Mark is a consultant anaesthetist and an Honorary Clinical Reader at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
His research increasingly involves immersing people in cold water in collaboration. He has featured on national TV in the UK as well as making many appearances on radio, podcasts, and in national newspapers and magazines.
