Trains: Nearest station is Lymington Town. From Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch or Southampton change at Brockenhurst. The Sea baths are a 15-minute walk from the station.

It is 15 minute walk from the bottom of Lymington high street to the sea baths.
Directions by car
From The South East / London:
From M3 merge onto M27 Westbound (signed Bournemouth).
Exit M27 at the junction signed ‘The New Forest, Lyndhurst A337’. Continue to follow signs to Lymington. When entering Lymington turn left at roundabout signed B3054 and Town centre onto Marsh Lane. Continue straight passing over two mini-roundabouts. Continue straight ahead into Captains Row Road as the road bends sharp right up the high street. Go to the left of the Henry Lloyd shop. Follow this road as it bends left then right turning into Bath Road. Continue straight. You will see Bath Road car park on your left.
From The West / Bournemouth:
Follow the A35 to Christchurch. Take the A337. Stay on the A337 all the way to Lymington. Coming into Lymington you will see a Shell petrol station on your right. Directly after this is a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto Ridgeway Lane (Signposted to ‘Riverside Marinas’). Continue on road which bends round to left. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto All Saints Road. Continue along this road. Just after ‘The Mayflower’ pub on your right the road narrows and bends sharply left. Bath Road car park is directly on your right on the bend.
Parking Information
Lymington Sea Water Baths does not have its own car park. There is a council car park called Bath Road located 30 seconds away. Follow directions above. This is a pay and display car park, Ringo also available. Charges are 7 days a week 6am – 10pm.
You may find free parking on Stanley Road a 5 minute walk from the Sea Baths.
Swimming experience needed
Beginners welcome. Need to be able to swim 50 metres unaided.

Good accessibility to venue from car park. Flat surface around pool. Steps into water.
Facilities (including where you can get changed)
Basic male and female changing rooms, showers and toilets available. Disabled changing toilet and shower facilities.
What to bring with you
Wear loose clothes, hat and gloves if very cold. Swim hat and goggles. If you have swim shoes/socks and gloves please bring (these can be provided by the coach if requested in advance). Wetsuits are available if required and need to requested in advance of the session.
Please bring water and warm drink. Drinks and food are available to purchase at the Sea Bath kiosk.
